Dumb question - do I need a designer or coder for this job.

Hey all, sorry if this is a dumb question. I have an existing wordpress theme that I want to customize. This involves minor graphical additions, small layout changes, rounding corners and altering the overall color scheme. Should I be asking a designer or WP coder?

depends on the changes you need, if they are css then you need a coder but if they are images then you need a designer

 

hire a designer (even me!) . he can do it easily. you dont need a coder.

 

Hiring a designer or coder will certainly make your life easier. Like danger said, if it is css, you will need a coder, and you might still need a designer if you wish to add certain graphics.

 

For the rounded corners you will need a designer, color scheme changes will require a designer and coder. So look for a coder with some Photoshop skills.
