True, I am finding the same thing to be true.
While I think there is a marker (and Darge you are welcome to release yours too if you want), I think the market is much smaller.

I know that the market is much smaller for pay for position, but I was not going to use it as a straight web directory. I was going to use its concept for a different idea than just inserting a link to your site. I believe that what I plan to use this for would be popular and that people would be willing to pay for position to insert what I want to use this for.

I would be willing to take a look at any pay for position mods anybody's developed for ver3

You'll see them a little bit more soon. If you actually want to try the one we made at phpLD, there is a fee. And maybe Dargre is willing to sell his mod, but I'm not sure.

But you'll see more about it soon.

Actually, the mod is easy enough for us to include it in the next version of phpLD pretty easily where it is optional to turn bidding on or off. But I want to see things run their course a little first.

You might not have known that there is also one you can try for free too.

deduval, Yeah I was running bid for links ver 2, but I eventually upgraded to ver 3. You know, I never understood why when I login to the admin panel with ver 3.0, it always says that there are no new updates available even though now it goes all the way up to 3.2.... ?

    All well no biggie.

I'd have to see what you are talking about. If you like, PM me access to your admin.
