A father claim his daughter use his CC to purchase membership on my site without his acknowledge and use this excuse to do a unauthorized chargeback. Guess what ??? He won! Wow how dumb can it be? He can't even keep his CC properly! I can't even get back my $100 when a scammer took my money! For you paypal.
thats a sad thing to hear , Scammers get new ideas each day . But put yourself in paypal's situation again , its an edgy case for them to deal with ... its unfortunate and disgusting that its very hard to differentiate between truth and "pure scams" these days !
This probably won't work, seeing as you've posted this after the claim has been completed, but try calling PP and telling them the purchase was for a virtual item. They almost NEVER award the money back when the payment was for a virtual item, so you could have an ace up your sleeve. Good luck!
