Dumb blog SEO question

I know this is a dumb question but please help me.
I have a couple of blogs. One hosted on wordpress and one on blogger.com.
Each one has about a hundred posts over the course of 2 years.

If I were to take one of these blogs and move it to the domain of my main website would all that content and keywords and stuff have a significant impact on the SEO for my main site? Is it worth the trouble? Can it even be done? If so how do I go about transfering the content?

I personally think it would be great idea to move it over to your own domain. However, a lot of people have success with freely hosted blogs so it is hard to say.

Wordpress has a content transferral feature i believe, but your other site would have to be running Wordpress. As for SEO benefit, i doubt there would be much given that the sites are already obviously very well established on their respective domains.
