    I bought this domain a while back and built a site and never did anything with it. The site has a database that has over 20k dui lawyers listed with all their info. The keywords for dui attorneys can pay over $100 per click and if you use the keyword tool you will see a lot of words paying over $30 a click so it is a great niche for adsense. The site has a lot of good content. With some SEO work the site could do very well. Only asking $35.

    I also have http://websitesalesagreement.com/ that has custom (I had a lawyer draw them up) website sales agreements. I will sell it for $35 as well or both for $60.

    It is showing 93 pages indexed now. I have sold the sales agreement site but I will take $25 on the dui site

    Is this yours too? Content is duplicated, you should at least take the image links off the site you are selling first :) I love the niche, but this site needs work and better content.
