    Hi,

A few days ago to buy a company in USA through incorp(dot)com.

Well, they sent me a mail with a document stamped by the government of Ohio saying that my company is already open.

The fact is that I do not trust because it is not my name anywhere and if the company does not belong to me 100%.

How can I see the internal records of the company?

You don't want to incorporate in another state. If you do, you still need to register as a foreign corporation in your own, home state.

Note: The rules are different if you're Microsoft. But for the little guy, you want to incorporate in the state where you operate.
