    Nice geo domain, but the tld reduce its value.
    You can build a good website with that domain
    I'd say mid $xx undeveloped ;)

    $xx now but later on when more domains are taken it will be worth a bit more so i suggest hold onto it until the domain extension becomes more valuable therefore the domain could fetch thousands to hundreds of thousands
