If you do not mention its RAM, then we should not understand by ourself. There are various tactics of it. RAM could be dedicated or burstable or even shared in VPS also. You should specify everything clearly. The customer should not understand anything unless specified.
it is verry clear to be understand QUAD CORE which realy can't be ram 250 GB DATA which realy can't be ram and there is left only 2 GB which is easy to understand that is ram.
