dual nic cards

    I have a windows 2000 server that I want to split the traffic on two network cards and 2 T1s.

    One T1 has a default gateway of 10.1.0.1 and the other is 10.2.0.1.

    I have one set up as
    IP: 10.1.0.20
    Gateway: 10.1.0.1
    Subnet: 255.0.0.0

    The other is:
    IP: 10.2.0.20
    Gateway: 10.2.0.1
    Subnet: 255.0.0.0

    For the most part everything works the way I want, but the sites seem to have trouble resolving. once every 20 minutes or so.

    The server also gets an error on startup that there is a duplicate named server on the network. How do I resolve that?
