Dual Monitors + Dual Task Bars?

Hello guys,

I finally got myself a second monitor to my work space and can't believe the difference that it makes in my productivity.

I have however found something slightly annoying; When I minimize an application and/or window it always minimizes in the primary/default monitor.
It would be so much easier if I minimized a window and it simply minimized to the proper monitors task-bar. I found one or 2 applications that add a second task-bar to your second monitor but they didn't inspire a lot of confidence.

Do any of you have experience with this?

I am using splitter to use 2 desktop and a monitor. It is ok though..
