I have a server at the hostnoc datacenter. Bought it from TAPE(he's a DP member) Its a: DUAL cpu AMD opteron 2 GB RAM 120 + 320 GB HDD Unmetered 100mbps transfer I got the server around 20th of JAN.. But I don't need it anymore I don't wanna waste the rest of the days...so I thought of passing it on to someone else.. Currently, I am paying him $79/month I paid him $650 for the server and $100 for an extra 320gig hdd... I cant just let the server be... I don't need it anymore... I was going to use it as a test server...but its too powerful to be used as a test server...I'd just be wasting resources and have a few hundred dollars of investment blocked into a server I spent $800 on the server(buying it + 1st month colocation)... So i'll let it go for $700... You still have 10 of time left till the billing period ends... YOU PAY JUST $700, and you then own the server...you can even ask tape to ship it to you. Umm...i'm spending $79/mo on the server....its not worth the trouble if I'm making only $21/month on it...out of which $5 will go in transaction fees C'mon, be reasonable..
Well I can get a Quad core for $99 What are the CPU speeds and how many IP's are included, I may be interested.
I only have 1, But it's: Quad-Core 2.4GHZ, 320GB HDD, 2GB ram etc... I really just pay $99 for the co-lo, The DataCenter gives the server to me for free as I'm "Such a great co-location customer"
What are the processor models? What motherboard? What is the ram clocked at? What drive brands/speed/sata/ide? If it's custom built, what kind of PSU is in it?

BIN is 150-200$ for this machine on ebay.. I've been looking for the scsi hotswap version of the 325 (i think the 326??).. You can always risk buying it off ebay and if the server dies within 2 days, theres not a thing u can do.. but here..if something goes wrong, u can always catch tape's throat
