We do not really monitor the data, so it should be fine unless some really big legal body gets involved and sends us a dcma or something.
I had a chat with them..legal adult is allowed however if any complaints are received from any legal body, the client would have to move out

I've now had one of tape's servers for the better half of the month, and I must say I am very impressed! The server runs great, I haven't had any down time; any support I could possibly need he provides very quickly, and he's a nice guy and great to deal with! I haven't even come close to reaching the limits of what my server can handle. Thankyou very much!
Jake, What if we would take 5 of these servers, would do the 100$ fee per server monthly, but I really dont like the setup fees. Remove it and I will take 5 of these boxes for at least a year if they are good.

No problem. They are for some clients wich have alot of clients from the USA and Canada. I need some confirmations from them. We own alot of servers in The Netherlands, with a client base of alot of people. If your servers are sufficient for the needs of our clients, we will move many servers to you guys. Frankly, we will move all clients that concentrate on the USA and Canada. I will request a list from you about all of your server specs soon as well. There is one small thing I want to know. Wich bandwidth providers do you guys concentrate on? I need to know this to know wich routing your traffic takes on the North American continent, as well with it I can see the routing points to Europe and Asia. This could maybe interest me in hosting some services of myself at yours.
