So a while back, a kundalini moment of inspiration hit me and I registered dsieve.com with an idea to build a media watchdog site. DSieve is a play on words - deceive and the sieve. But, after realizing that the grand vision I had was way too labor intensive for me to build/maintain, I decided to create a general political forum with a focus on critiquing media news coverage and spin doctoring (or disregard) of issues. I added a few custom features to the site (custom BB codes, smilies, post icons, etc.) to give it a unique feel. I plan to promote the site in all quarters and attract a broad range of visitors (more diverse than just DP P&R regulars). The site is just being launched - she's a virgin... please treat her nicely.
Bernjinder Singh I'll be around at some point soon. If you're using the vB article bot, maybe pull in the infowars feed? Some of it is junk. Hmmm, maybe Raw Story? Just some food for thought.
No, but I do enjoy Indian cuisine. Great. I'm just getting started with the site. I'm not using article bots. I don't like the way they clutter up forums with threads that no one responds to. This isn't an MFA site, so I'm not looking for cheap content. I am earnestly looking to build a community of diverse political viewpoints. Thanks!
Gahdfhwuiorfhcwiuh%$#&^#%$*&%(^)*(&*(_^&*($%^*$!!! There was a glitch in the system preventing people from registering over the last several days (no one told me about until moments ago), but it's fixed now. Sorry if you tried and were denied!
rotflmao. I hate it when users/readers don't tell you about a mistake. Happened to me many, many times. They always say, "Oh, I thought you knew" or "Oh, I thought someone else would tell you"
What's really frustrating is that I saw lots of registration attempts over the last few days in the who's online. Sigh. in with the good air, out with the bad...
