i would suggest you visit drupal.org register yourself and participate in http://drupal.org/forum to answer your question quickly Go here http://drupal.org/project/Themes/date download whichever theme you want and unzip then upload this folder to your server under templates folder (if I am not wrong) then login to your website using ur admin login details click templates in admin panel then select the theme you want by checkbox then save settings your new theme will replace the old one and you will see it. But I do suggest to visit drupal forum for active and new improvements. Cheers
Drupal is a CMS, you can do pretty much anything you want with it, it's up to you to either customize it to your needs or find the modules that will do what you want. THere are 2 ecommerce modules, ubercart and ecommerce.
