    is yes how hard to modify drupal look like that? i never use drupal before :)

    wordpress is easy to use for beginners. drupal and joomla r difficult for beginners ( www.opensourcecms.com)

    Yes, it's surely Drupal. It's not very hard to use with ready theme but this site looks very good. I think it's pretty hard for novice (but not harder then Wordpress, I'm sure)
