    I'd recommend Drupal alone. I've been on Drupal since 2006. Migrated my Joomla and almost all WP sites to it by the end of 2007.

    Don't worry about performance flaws, it concerns only giant-traffic websites. I never experienced any hard times on my production sites.

    As for forum, Drupal has its own forum solution which is pretty good.

    The community is great and helpful.
