Drupal Setup and Basic-help

    anyone plz help me to find good tutorials(prefer video) to learn Drupal from beginning to advance.I have knowlage in php and my sql but never use any cms yet.

    Firstly, look here:

    http://drupal.org/documentation

    Then also visit YouTube (or Google) and search for drupal <keywords> (or if at Google, drupal video <keywords>. Works like a charm.

    To know drupal you can take help for drupal (dot) org site. and you can learn from video from youtube.
