    i hae got drupal webform i m looking for a module that if someone fills a form in they get a unique id and that id is sent to one of the google spreadsheet
    ( sent to google spreadsheet is optional )
    so i can view which user has which unique code...

    There is no such module. It is too specific.

    Still I would suggest Rules module, with a little bit of knowledge you should be able to do it nicely if google spreadsheet api allows that.

    If I get what you need then alternatively you can create a View with data export module you can even get csv output.
