I understand that Drupal can be pretty complicated, but I just need to change something in the content page and was wondering what file should I be looking for to edit this area (main text)?
In the "theme" that you are using Open "page.tpl.php" Thats the file that allows you to edit the dynamic page Hope that helps PS. make sure you edit the page.tpl.php in the theme you are using......
