    I personally like drupal alot I am starting a site with just a blog nothing else really.. I do know that the WP blog features out weight the drupal ones.. But which do you think is better for seo?

    Switch on the SEO friendly URL option (whatever it's called!) in WP and manually amend the template or add plugins to get your meta tags set properly and you can't go far wrong with WP for SEO.

    I think you were looking for the term permalinks :D

    And I vote wordpress as well. Just try to find a theme already optimized for SEO.

    To me both are different. I prefer both as per site requirements. Drupal is a Complete CMS and WP is a excellant blogging tool. Both has it's own value. :)

    Drupal is really a CMS framework... it can be a blog. It can be many things. Good for SEO? For sure. But to get a blog up-and-running quickly WP seems to be better as it's a dedicated for that. However, customising it hasn't been so straight-forward as I'd expected from all the hype surrounding it.
