Drupal or Wordpress: which one is better for seo

    do you know which one is better for seo
    some friends told me, drupal is very very better & it can get high page rank on sub link ...
    is this correct ?

    I don't think there is a big difference between these two.
    It's all about powerful backlinks after all.

    I go for wordpress. But as zexy said awhile ago.. Even if you choose any of it, its really the backlinks that matters to get that high pr.

    I think wordpress is easier to tweak than drupal for onsite optimization.

    Let me just throw a vote in for Joomla. It's been my platform of choice and does quite well. You do need additional software that will run $60 or so, but that's to really get the most SEO bang for your buck. Joomla itself is of course free.

    you can't compare the two in one basket.
    Drupal is more like a CMS, Wordpress is a blog platform. Of course you can modify Wordpress to be a CMS.. ..

    I was wondering the same question, can anyone throw in some more opinions or experiences of both?
    I am confused between the two.
    Please advise which is better, I was planning on using Wordpress as a CMS things but it was VERY hard to customize since I am planning to edit all my current sites with it, but I guess I will go with Drupal.
    Any advice please

    i would say wordpress (for me) its easier to customise and hack at, and come as an SEF package out of the box.

    hi lone woolf here, tha's not better blog platform then WP , even for SEO ,plus you get so many incredibles plug-in and software dedicated to WP. really the number one choice. you can easy find guides , instructional video about WP. and google is in love with WP Blogs.

    I agree. There are tons of plugins for WordPress helping your SEO and that is why you may want choose WP.
