Drupal clearing URL and configure pathauto

    Hello DPmates,
    i am trying to install Drupal and i want to configure it to be SEO
    i foundt that i need to do:
    1- Clearing URL: which means removing ?q=
    2- Enable pathauto:so that it converted from node/xxx to full_url_title.

    Can you help me plz
