Drupal book for joomla user

Hi,

I would like to learn Drumal and was hoping that you guys could recommend a suitable book - I am not a newbiew in that I have a couple of Joomla websites out there and I know Mysql, css, php and Xhtml.

it's better to start with INTERACTIVE video lessons, check http://learnbythedrop.com/gettingstarted it helped me to start

 

why do you want to migrate to drupal?

 

I didn't use any books when I learned how to use drupal, though I learn differently than most people, check out lynda.com for awesome drupal video training.
