    what i mean, how can you justify it being $100? u have to forgive me i'm newish. is there a site u go to that estimates its value or do you do it urself.

    I'm sorry but I don't think this domain is worth $100 in the least bit.

    I know it's much higher. Most of the appraisals I got for this baby were saying it was at least mid-high xxx undeveloped, much much more if developed.

    The reason I'm letting it go so cheap is because I'm in dire need of cash but if the need is met before I sell this domain then I'm raising the price back up to what I know it's worth.
