Buying Druapl site needs fix to the top-nav section of my site

    I need someone with Drupal expertise to fix my site top-navigation section. The site is www.topreviewshop.com and the problems that I need fixed are:

    1) Navigation links to my categories (such as Cases/Coolers, Laptops, and so on) is currently 2 rows. I want it to be 1 row only.
    2) Navigation links to my categories is ugly. I want it to be re-designed to look more clean and professional.

    I can send you my Drupal files (page.tpl.php) and my image files if that would help you figure out how much you would charge for it.

    Please let me know if you can do this work, and how much you would charge.
