We are now looking at increasing the wholesale side of our business, and I thought DP would be a good place to offer our dropship service! We can provide use of a cubecart store full of products (on our shared hosting so no ftp access im afraid) or you are free to sell on your own site of course! We do also offer normal wholesale if someone has piles of cash laying around! The website url can be found in my sig. We wholesale and dropship almost everything on there. Oh, and no monthly charges for dropship service as such, but we do have to add 5% on to the standard wholesale prices for handling and packaging etc - its just our wholesale prices are low as people buy in bulk, if its dropship we have to pack a lot more boxes! - standard markup is about 45-70% even after the 5% handling charge. There are 2 levels of access to our site, normal (retail) and trade. We also offer affiliates 10% via our own in store affiliate system, or via affiliate future (merchant id: laughterpromotions - maybe 2 words, cant remember!)

If the standard markup is about 45-70%, my profit margin is too low to run it as dropship. I am interested in Hope you can further elaborate.
Standard markup is 45-70%, that is after paying the 5% extra for dropshipping. I have see companies that charge for dropshipping, or even add 20% onto their standard wholesale. The reason for this is when wholesaing i supply the products in bulk, un packaged. - For example i may ship 2kilos of Damiana to a shop, but if i dropship that i have to weigh the Damiana into 25g bags, and pack each order. We have in the past waived the 5% surcharge for some customers - by arrangement only as they do manage to spend a considerable amount with us. If someone was looking at standard wholesale, ie. bulk amounts shipped to them, rather than their customers then we would obviously drop the 5% as it would not be relevant! Min. wholesale order is £300 unless negotiated individually (we have helped a few shops at the start of their trading by allowing a lower min. order to start with) Let me know what you think... Mike

We charge 5% on top of the wholesaleprices (to cover handling parcels etc) We DO NOT charge ANY registradion fees, set monthly fees etc... you just pay the wholesale price +5% There is NO minimum purchase (this helps people to get started). We ship to UK, EU and USA (with restrictions on some products - we will explain as and when you signup) We keep all our dropship and wholesale customers informed of new products as they arrive and we monitor legal status of products also.
