Dropped from 2nd Position to second page top

So i have my uncle's website optimized and it was doing great. I was on top of first page showed up as the 2nd result on the first page. Now all of a sudden I have dropped to the 2nd page but on top, and sometimes bottom of the first page.

Even though I know i did not do any black hat SEO to get penalized, i noticed 2 or 3 websites that copied my uncle's website word to word. Except change the companies name to there names. They literally copied paragraphs to paragraphs. Could this make a big different on my result on google.

 

It happens... You just keep on building your uncle's website and everything should be okay.

 

I gave 3 companies legal notification that they have copied word to word from our website lets see what happens.

But if you keep on writing and doing seo for your site then it will come back.
