Dropped from 11 to 89 in only one data centre's result with only one keyword.

The Google rank of my site with my main keyword dropped from 11th to 89th...But it is only when I use "page from Canada" option and only with one data centre.
if I use "page on the web" option then the result is still #11. Also, even with "page from Canada", the result sometimes goes back to 11th.(I use rank tracker and I believe this is due to using different datacentre)

I target several keywords (or more like key phrases) but it is happening to only one of them.

Is it something called "google dance"? Or could be some kind of penalty?

I don't think the server down when Google crowled if so other keywords should be affected.

I thought about Google dance but is it normal to drop from 11 -> 89?

Could be sign of sand box coming??

Anyway, I can't think of anything else so any thoughts would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks!

If your site is new, it could be the sanbox. But I would not worry, everything will sort back out.

why not? it happens all the time. thre could be various reason for the drop. different datacenter shows different ranking if your site is not old enough or dont have a stable ranking. it could also be for sudden link building. or if you had a sudden boost in ranking before, google might have more knowledge of your site that warranted the new ranking. or it could just be something temporary

if it was sandbox, then the site would not show up on ranking

It's likely a data center thing... They are frequently out of sync.

It could be that you rank 89th based on some new algorithm they are testing out against a single data center. They may never roll it out to their other data centers OR they may roll it out to all of them. Who knows.

I would just keep a close eye on it for now.

Perhaps you overoptimized for that keyword. That happens to me a few times. Spread the optimization effort over larger number of keywords to make it more natural.

yes its google dance.ups & down are part of ranking. don't get worry just concentrate on your work. you would be back.. no it could not be sand box or plenty; sandbox is preindexing methodology.Once the site has been indexed it could not be putted again in sand box.
