Does a dropped domain still give PR to site linked on the home page?
Ive got link from PR4 dropped domain on the home page. Will this affect my ranking or no?

If the domain dropped, the new owner might and most likely will remove your link

Once a domain is dropped, you can't expect any benefit from it anymore.

If that domain still links to you, then it'll surely count.

As long as the domain owner decides to retain the link then good for you, otherwise the PR will change.

once the domain is dropped, just build it back up, build back links, seo ,, etc and it will regain its value in time.
