Dropped Domain - with same content

    I know you can do the drop and catch of a domain. But if you drop and catch and recreated domain content as per wayback. Without much changes to the content.

    What can the owner do to get it back? aside from filing URDP?

    Is this defined as cybersquadding if content is the same? The owner just want to have the content updated while the other party just want to benefit via pagerank :).

    It wouldn't be a UDRP filing (unless the domain contained a trademark). It would constitute copyright infringement (even if the original author was not using the content anymore). They could file a civil claim (though what damages they would be able to seek would depend on if they had filed for copyright notice prior to you infringing). They could also try to force a criminal case against you (though the courts are not fond of these cases unless it involves a serious/repeat offender).
