Dropped Domain - Will you register an expired TM domain?

I'm in a situation whether to register a TradeMarked domain that expired. Pretty sure that I can make a little from it from Link sales (and even other methods).

But it can be dicey dealing with trademarked domains, so the question is - Should I ? or Will you ? and Why .

You should not take the risk in case your hosting account maybe down.

No you shouldn't. No I wouldn't. All because of the TM issues. Even if you park the domain, you could end up having to pay back all of the money that you made from the domain.

It is always best to stay far away from TM issues. You might get lucky for a while, but one day it will catch up with you.

Unless you are looking for a potential TM lawsuit, I personally wouldn't but that's just me.

Something here all are very categorical in the negative answers.
Before to reflect on prolongation or restoration of domain area - to you it is necessary to estimate a question financial side, whether the trading platform for the last period has justified itself, whether it has such cost now, and what prospects at it in the near future. And already then to think and make decisions on any actions. Each platform has market share, the volume of visitors and their interest in purchase. And that you have forgotten about the expiry of the term of action or have simply overlooked are not the most terrible in a life. At us in firm blocked the domain and a hosting with a corporate site because of the bad employees who are not carrying out the duties properly twice.
