    Hi,

I have a number of dreamhosts accounts because I own small sites and I wanted to have different C Class..

Now each time I registered with Dream host, I got to register a domain for free, and I have been renewing them in DH only..

    MY Question:

I want to consolidate my domain names in Godaddy.
Moreoever I get 20% discount on each renewal at Godady, but the question, will change of register affect my SEO..

Is it the same as dropped domain, if I have to change my registrar?

Now in dropped domain, there usually is a break between the transfer of registrants, but nevertheless it is a change.

Should I let my domains remain with DH only, or will it not have any SIDE EFFECTS when I transfer,..

( For those who say Hostgator allows diiferent C Class on single account I know about hostgator have hostgator A/C too, but I love dreamhost..)

I don't think that the change of registrar will affect your SEO. At least, I don't see any reason for it.

You're planning on dropping your domains and re-regging at GoDaddy?

LOL. If I wasn't on vacation I'd write a long post but DO NOT DO IT.

If you just transfer the domain before it expires I don't see any problem.

Change of registrars won't affect anything. As long as you don't have too much downtime during the process.
