Dropped Domain Names with PR

    I've been looking into investing in some domain names lately. What I've noticed is that domain names with a PR that are parked show up that they are forged. Is this just because there is currently no site to go along with it or are the PRs really forged?

    If showing a 301 redirect to some other url, the PR may be forged.
