Don't worry, Google is constantly changing things and some people report there site going up and down like a roller coaster. Most of the time, people recover there position in a week, if you don't, then you should consider getting more links.

    That all you can do.
Ihad the same experience, my siye almost completely disappeared, I was ranked 3-10 for the main keywords and BAAM... nowhere to be found, unlesse I show the supplementary results and go to the last SERP (position=995 for main KW)

25 days after... another BAAM ... My site was back

PR means nothing, google could update your site to PR10, and it would have 0 effect on your SERPs.

Stop thinking about PR, take it off your toolbar if you can't help it, it means nothing, and obsessing about it is just a distraction, it is not helping you.

Don't believe me? Do some tests.

Make two sites on a non to competitive subject, both with unique well written articles about 1000 words in length, using basic on page SEO.

Now to one site, get 50 links from relevant sites that are PR0, with good anchor text, to your pages.

The other one get 10 links, from as high PR you can get, Pr7, 8, whatever you can afford / have at your disposal.

Wait a month, and you tell me which site gets more organic traffic...

I have already done this, several times, and the proof is in the pudding for me.

If the site has informative content, unique, good quality, related subject, that is the most important parts of a link exchange, not some 'magical number' that doesn't do anything besides let people who sell links charge more to people who don't know the difference.

You can get .info's for 99 cents a year, perfect to run SEO tests on. You can't expect everyone to spoon feed you every idea in this industry, resteraunts don't give away their recipes, and neither will I when it comes down to it.

    nice link

...... Because not all of our data centers are updated simultaneously, it's possible to see slightly different search results depending on which data center handles your query. ......

    I hope
