Drop in adsense revenue since PR disappearance?

Could anyone comment on this? Or am i the only one seeing a huge drop in adsense revenue the last couple of days? I have noticed a drop for my indexed pages as well. Could that have any relationship with one other? :(

I've noticed a slight drop, but it looks to me like a typical dip in click values that is a normal part of the earnings peaks and valleys with AS.

Its weird cuase the last couple of months my revenue increased more and more but these last couple of days its worse then ever. One reason could be the nice weather over here in Europe. I have been reading other forums and they are reporting the same low revenues the last couple of days.

Crazyhorse, here in states this is major holiday weekend. Many schools have let out for summer. Frequently web traffic goes down here as families get together for special holidays.

Agreed. AdSense plummetted for me but it's normal on holidays. Even on weekends I normally see a steep drop with Mondays and Tuesdays being best. A holiday weekend...people are out visiting rather than web-surfing, especially with the terrific weather in the Northeastern US.

It's a holiday weekend here in the UK, but for some reason my numbers and revenue have gone up. Just down to individual sites I think.

I'm down a bit and attribute it to the fact my traffic is down...that would be the Memorial Day weekend and the Bank Holiday in the UK...My actual CTR and earnings per click are up a bit and stable.

My earning are down but my traffic is ok.

Hopefully it's just a holiday thing.

As noted, Memorial Day weekend - I've seen an uptick in inbounds for my BBQ grill recipes ... but overall traffic is down.

When I advertise on AdWords, I set a monthly budget. My budget usually runs out before the end of the month. If a lot of advertisers do this too, this could be why you are seeing less money with the same traffic during the last days of May.

I also see revenue down. Especially because of much lower earnings per click, maybe it's true that PR is factored into the adsense equation

Thats what i have been reading as well. The higher the pagerank the higher the payout. Maybe its just a coincident.

    Hi all
Before the PR blackout I was making a few bucks a day, then exactly when we got the blackout here in Australia, Im getting a few cents a day. So I recon its links.

Im sure it does. How it links thats the big question. ;) Pagerank is involved for sure.
