Drop down top menu for facebook

    Hello DP, How do i go about creating a drop down menu either on the top or that flows continuously at the bottom when the page is moved up and down or a hidden box on the left which contains the facebook like button. Any help or any simple scripts would be helpful. Please see below website for example
