Buying Drop-down navigation

I have had my site coded by 2 people. One did a good job, drop-down worked but alignment was off. Other did a great job but did not implement drop-down...

What I need is, someone that can take this page: http://bit.ly/aMetBM

And add drop-down navigation like in this page: http://bit.ly/cb744V

Please let me know your price. If you know what you're doing this should be a breeze....

Notes:
1. I will select a provider at my discression and do not promise to take the cheapest.
2. Provider will receive a ZIP file with all working files.
3. Provider is to return a ZIP file with a working version so I can simply upload and re-write old files.
4. Implementation needs to work on all browsers properly.
5. Payment via Paypal.
