Buying Drop down menu and Forum fix for BBpress

    Basically, I need the following for OxbowHerald.com:

    *On forums page, we need the writers to be able to post or reply - there is no link or action for them to do this.. Only the admin can which is weird. http://oxbowherald.com/forums/

    *Need to add drop down menus beneath navigation bar on the main home page.

    I would finish this myself but I have a lot of projects on my hand so would like to outsource this to someone else..

    Hi,
    You have a link " Add New" near the TOPICS in the Latest Discussion menu. User can create thread using that link.
