Driving traffic via email - to a NO ADS landing page?

    Is it OK to drive traffic to an AdSense site via email links if the landing page has no ads on it? How far back can Google detect the referrer?

    Can anyone point me to a definitive answer/TOS/whatever?

    I don't want to email Googs and raise a flag unless I have to.

    have no ideah i would think google would be picky about that you know how they are but dont know that mutch about adsense i just know they are picky

    How about disabling AdSense for anyone with a "landing page cookie"?

    I could direct email traffic to a landing page, which drops a "disable AdSense" cookie, then redirects back to the main site? I could then disable AdSense for anyone with the landing page cookie.

    Anyone?
