Dreamweaver And Using & lt; Instead of <

So my problem is in dreamweaver and dealing with HTML. When writing in dreamweaver is it possible to have the code potion up top display using the & lt; syntax instead of the < syntax?

Certain websites like article websites only accept the & lt; type of syntax, so that is why I am asking. Or is the only way to do a find/replace to accomplish this?

    thanks guys,

    Travis

Edit: Also wondering if there is a way in dreamweaver to get the bold function to actually set it as <b> instead of <strong>
Editx2: It is under the General section of the Preferences option, which is in the Edit menu.

    Ctrl B = bold

don't understand what you're asking about the other part... you want to see the entity in the code part?

I think you maybe able to change this option under the preferences or 'tag libraries'.

Not sure I would mess with the tag libraries though ;)

you might just want to copy the articles into a separate folder and then do a find and replace with that folder selected.

also as a side not I found it is useful to edit your preferences to add a keyboard shortcut for the underline tag as there is not a but like for bold or emphasis.
