Hi i wanted to start a site like this http://www.rccsonline.com/vn/ and i notice they use Dreamhost so is it safe to say they are ok with warez. I mean it might be against their TOS but only on paper. They don't seem to enforce it unless you get maybe an insane amount of DMCA. Basically if i can not become too popular they might let it slide? Anybody have experience with dreamhost allowing warez? Thank you!
