    There is no hosting service with no problems. No matter which service you use, problems will always shows.

    I think it is normal is a hosting down sometimes. But down for 24 hour that must be serious problem. The problem cab be from your own internet connection or from the hosting it self, either way you can always check it using proxy or third party checker

    They have nice support, but they always have large amounts of downtime, it's ridiculous!

    lol I tried them two years ago and stopped before the money back period was over.

    Move over to Media Temple or...
    I have an account by linkdisk.com since almost a month now (they offer great DirectAdmin hosting)
