drastic loss of sales on CB since 1st Nov

Since the 1st Nov. I have less and less sales. At the same time I spend about the same amount on ads, maybe a little less. I have tested all my links but nothing seems to be wrong. I am running ads which converted very well before and I have no idea what the reason for that can be. Clickbank say it is due to the market but I have talked to other affiliates in the same field and their campaigns haven't changed.
Has anyone had the same experience? I really don't know what to do.

I'm having an average month - as a vendor not as an affiliate.
    Which are you talking about?

Have you talked to the google guys? I was told they have changed nothing and have no idea what the problem could be.
I also talked to my vendor and he said I am the only one having this kind of problem among his webmasters.

If your still seeing sales, your amount of clicks are still the same and it's just been a decline in sales, check the products sales page. Have they made any major changes to the sales page which could possibly lower conversion?

Also, it's november! Sales around this time of year & up towards january slowly decline. People have less money when xmas comes around!

they must be good, otherwise, people don'tstay.

I think its nuts that CB does not inform its affiliates (the peeps doing all the work for them) about down times and problems they are having.. I hate throwing my money away on ads that want to convert but wont cos CB is out of order.. We need a Union..

indeed. if there was a decent competition to CB they'd feel the hurt in no time as affiliates/vendors would switch away from this BS.

Google has implemented phase II of their landing page quality score update with Adsense abritragers AND squeeze pages taking the brunt of the attack.

The end result is less traffic to vendor sites due to Google requiring keyword prices in the $5 to $10 range to reactivate. The smart affiliates will improve their presell landing pages to reduce the bid prices however traffic levels will probably not return to the same level for quite some time as Google has been very reluctant to provide concise guidelines to improve the quality score.

That's exactly right. The absence of communication leads to affiliates throwing money down the toilet.

I am having a bad November also. Usually my September and October are bad, October is usually really bad for me (4 years running). But this year, it's November.

My sales just stopped for a few days and then stayed at about 30% of normal levels (so far). I hope December is better.

Just gotta' keep adding new products and thinking of different ways to advertise the strong ones.
