    Just report the image via this link. Tell them your problem and they will remove the image within a day.

    there are a couple of apps out there that reads invisible watermarks.

    My first logo try was watermarked but OUT OF STUPIDITY I FORGOT TO WATERMARK THE SECOND ONE WHICH HE USED

    omg, im so sorry...I cant believe it..

    ... I will explain.
    Rez-G is a friend..well FORMER friend, I told him I would pay him $50 to make me DBZ logo for my site....I cant believe the guy stole the design.. he made 2 designs that I tried on my site....I can't believe he stole my money and your design, IM VERY SORRY. The design will be removed..ASAP. :(

    As an outsider looking in it appears that Rez-G offered to design a logo for Johnny Inferno, outsourced the work here then was banned. It may make some sense to pm a moderator and ask what he was banned for.. he may be trying to contact you but without any way of doing it. (ie he may have been banned for something very different)

    edit: May make more sense to offer Johnny Inferno the logo for $25 as well, he'll be out $75 then but will have a nice logo.
