Drafting agreement

    Hello and thanks in advance.

    We are going to design a website and run a CMS on the background. When creating an agreement (it's open source) written work, source code, etc, how owns it ?

    What should I put in the agreement?


    Thanks for your help...I am at a loss here...:(
