.dpuf - is my WP website infected?

    I have copied the text from one of the pages of my Wordpress website and at the end of the text was the following text:

    - See more at: http://www.mywebsite.com/about/#sthash.dlMgnosq.dpuf
    Code (markup):
    even if this text is not visible on my mywebsite.com/about.

    Does it mean my WordPress installation is infected? What should I do?

    Thank you for your reply. So that is caused just by the "sharethis" buttons that I'm using.

    If you're worried about the security of your wp site, which you should be, download a security plugin. There are several. My favorite is wordfence.
