    You might want to remove the uptime stats from your website. You servers went down several times with long downtime, though it says 100% uptime :

    I dont expect you are trying to seduce customers with wrong info :p

    He he...uptime stats aren't monitored by us but an independent company.
    Even though the services on a server might be down, it can still be pingable ;)

    Anyway, we don't look to hide or shy away from anything...all info is updated before the public.
    They are intelligent and agile enough to decide what's right and what's wrong. ;)

    Overall, we think out clients are overall satisfied with the services...and our user base keeps on increasing everyday...

    Well, I'm aware of your proxy list (even submitted some of my proxies there too) :p Yes, you can host that provided it doesn't use too much SQL resources...which I don't think will be a problem for this particular site.

    As for the backups, you can't directly restore backups created from other panels directly onto your new directadmin hosting account. However, you can always upload your files and restore databases as done normally.
