I'm asking this, with no offense towards ANYONE on this forum. I just really want to know. Why are there still so many people in the Buy/Sell/Trade section posting the words "I PM'd you", while it's against the rules. When I do it, I get infractions, but it doesn't seem like there's many of the others getting infractions when they do it, otherwise the whole board would have had infractions by now! I did it only once and got an infraction for "Running Up Post Count/Post Has No Value". And that while I've already been a member for a long time and had a couple of posts.... I'm not post count obsessed. When I open a topic in that forum, there is a billion posts which only contains the words "I PM'd You". Once again, no offense towards anyone. Just looking for someone to explain the rules to me... cause I must be missing something here? It's just a question.
Your not missing anything. Mods dont have time to look through threads. Someone reports you thats why you get infractions. When you see a post like that report it and thats it . - Prilep
because there mostly simple minded idiots who won't take the time to learn the rules, or... they just don't give a shit and in that case i'll slap a 7 day ban on them. i especially like to find some numbnuts posting the same damn thing 30 or 40 times then i can slam them real good.
Precisely! That was what sawz was mentioning about and that's why there is a special 7 Day Ban on BST specially for these.
Yeah, I'm not saying it's a stupid rule. It makes sense to me. I just wondered how they determine who get's infractions and who don't... but I get it now, it's when people report you.
