DP / vBulletin question: subscribed forums?

    Hi, I need help with the forum interface, but I don't see a more appropriate forum -- hope this one's OK.

    I am starting to like the Fun Stuff / Spy tool. Except I want to only see stories in certain forums, and it shows me stories from all forums. I checked the box that says "show only subscribed forums", but

    1) what are subscribed forums? I can only subscribe to threads (and view thread subscribptions). Is there a way to subscribe to a forum?

    2) assuming subscribed forums = forums with subscribed threads, this option has no effect.

    Can anyone shed some light?

    When you are in a forum, go to the Forum Tools menu.
