I am looking for DP users' opinions on where to get reliable vcc's. Also, what are your opinions on how effective they are on accomplishing online financial transactions.
In theory they should be as effective as any other VISA/Mastercard - I'm sure they are. If you want reliable ones head to the BST forum and pick a seller with lots of green, long membership, who doesn't come up when you Google "[Insert username] scammer".
CountryBoy--You almost made me piss on myself laughing at the last part of your post. Do you have the url for this BST forum? I am not really looking to buy from an individual, more geared towards a professional company that has been in the business and allows for re-ups on the same card.
